August 13, 2020 – DIGITALiBiz, Inc. (iBiz) announced today that the company has hired Daphne McAuley as Vice President. In this role, McAuley will oversee business operations including personnel, contracts, and business development activities.
With her career spanning over 34 years, McAuley has managed unique and complex programs for the government and industry in air traffic control (ATC) operations, simulation, innovation, and training services. “Her experience, leadership philosophy, knowledge, and enthusiasm are a perfect fit for iBiz,” says iBiz President, Steve Murray.
McAuley, a United States Navy veteran, served twenty years in various duty locations as an Air Traffic Controller, Instructor, and Program Manager. Prior to joining iBiz, McAuley was the Program Director at Serco responsible for the company’s Aviation Training programs. She previously worked for Raytheon as a Senior Program Manager on several critical DoD, FAA, and commercial aviation programs including the FAA Air Traffic Control Optimum Training Solution (ATCOTS), Rolls-Royce Flying Testbed, Raytheon Multi-Platform Testbed, and ATC and Maintenance Engineering Operational Support.
She has been a member of the Air Traffic Control Association (ATCA) and the ATCA Scholarship Committee for many years and was recently appointed to the Board of Directors.
McAuley earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Studies from Southern New Hampshire University, a Master of Science Degree in Human Resources Management from Florida International University and is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
