Required Skills, Education, Certifications and Experience

  • HS Diploma with 10 years of relevant experience, or
    • Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience or
    • Associate's degree with 9 years of relevant experiance
  • Superior organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to accuracy, detail, and quality
  • Superior time management and follow-up skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner and work with staff at various levels
  • Must be detail-oriented and be able to exercise sound judgment while working proactively and effectively with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in the use of industry standard office software and applications (Microsoft Office, Acrobat, etc.)
  • Experience with E2 travel software
  • Experience performing qualitative and quantitative analyses, including, but not limited to: project planning and execution, life-cycle acquisition planning and management, risk analysis, and mitigation plan development


  • Previous FAA experience

Physical requirements for this position

  • This position will be located in normal office environment. May result in sitting at a desk for extended periods and lifting up to 40lbs.


This position will provide administrative support, on-site at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), performing office-oriented, clerical, and coordinating functions, including telephone answering, desk staffing, data entry, regular cyclical report generation and distribution, and pre-defined task execution. Duties will include the following:

  • Provide daily branch and executive support, which may include updating calendars, requesting conference rooms, scheduling meetings, as well as other daily administrative support duties
  • Support meetings; recording minutes and action items and providing briefings
  • Analyze multiple data sources to identify problems; analyze and propose solutions and communicate them effectively
  • Provide logistics support for client meetings
  • Prepare program-related briefings and presentations
  • Review FAA orders and notices to ensure adherence to FAA policies and processes
  • Assist with drafting memorandum and other responses on behalf of the FAA Program Office
  • Schedule and arrange travel using E2 software
