iBiz Awarded Four New Contracts Supporting DoD Customers

October 7, 2010 – DIGITALiBiz (iBiz) announced today that it has been recently awarded four new contracts to support federal Civilian and Department of Defense customers. Over the last 30 days, iBiz has been awarded three prime awards supporting the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA); US Army G-3/5/7; and the Department of the Treasury, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC); and one subcontract award supporting the Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Michael Wu, iBiz CEO and President said, “We are thrilled that such a diverse group of government customers have chosen us to support their operations.” Wu added, “These awards are consistent with our overall objectives of growing and maintaining a balanced portfolio of government business.”

For the FAA, the iBiz team will be supporting the Oceanic Integration and Interoperability Facility. The iBiz team will provide engineering services and laboratory support at the FAA Technical Center in Atlantic City, NJ.

For the Army G-3/5/7, the iBiz team will be providing support for the Chief Information Office (CIO). iBiz will be helping to develop, implement, and maintain CIO business processes to enforce IT policy, strategic planning, enterprise architecture, and IT portfolio management.

For the OCC, the iBiz team will continue to assist with improving the reliability, performance, functionality, and quality of OCC’s mission support programs through effective Enterprise Testing, Software Quality Assurance (SQA) methods, practices, and techniques. iBiz support includes Test & Release Process Management, Enterprise Testing, QA Improvement and Enterprise Test Lab Support.

For the CDC, iBiz is a small business partner to awardee CACI on the CDC Information Management Services (CIMS) contract vehicle that will expand IT services across the CDC and its affiliated groups. CIMS is an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract that includes the full range of IT solutions to serve the CDC’s more than 16,000 employees.
