Diane Reed has more than 10 years of full cycle Human Resources (HR) experience including recruiting, on-boarding, employee relations and retention, benefits administration, payroll, compliance, training, performance management, policy and procedures development, and termination.
Mrs. Reed has been supporting iBiz since April, 2012 and was promoted to Director of Human Resources in August, 2014. In this role, Mrs. Reed manages human resources operations by developing and implementing human resource strategies by identifying and researching areas that can be improved within the department. In addition, she manages employee relations and oversees compliance requirements including Healthcare Reform, Affirmative Action Plan (AAP), Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), and Veterans Employment and Training Service (VETS).
Prior to joining iBiz, Mrs. Reed served as an HR consultant at Independent Benefit Services (IBEN) which was acquired by Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. During her tenure with the company, Mrs. Reed worked with multiple organizations to provide full cycle HR support across all industries including government contracting and non-profit. She conducted in-depth audits and revamped HR departments to ensure that industry best practices were implemented across all areas of HR.
Mrs. Reed holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Psychology from Towson University. She lives in Silver Spring, MD with her husband David and son Kian.
