STEPHEN P. MURRAY
President

Mr. Murray has more than 25 years of Operations Management, Business Development, and Information Technology experience supporting federal government customers. Mr. Murray's domain expertise includes full life cycle software development, systems engineering and technical assistance, network infrastructure, and program management support contracts. Mr. Murray possesses extensive experience with Federal Acquisition Practices and Policies.

Mr. Murray joined iBiz in July of 2006 and was promoted to President on October 27, 2015. Mr. Murray is responsible for all operational aspects of the company and provides oversight for business development activities. He develops the strategic direction that drives corporate initiatives in growth, customer satisfaction, and industry partnerships.

Prior to joining iBiz, Mr. Murray served as the Senior Vice President of Operations for Paradigm Solutions Corporation. In this role, he was responsible for all federal operations managing revenues in excess of $60 Million. Mr. Murray significantly contributed to the growth and profitability of the company as it grew from $21M to $60M in annual revenues. His responsibilities included profit and loss, new growth, customer satisfaction, and quality control. Mr. Murray championed the implementation of ISO 9001 and CMMI Maturity Level 2.

Prior to this position, Mr. Murray held several executive level operations and business development roles with various companies including IQ Solutions, Commerce One, and CSSI Incorporated. Mr. Murray has served as the Vice President for Business Development for several companies, responsible for identifying, capturing, and winning numerous multi-million dollar contracts across a wide range of federal government agencies.

Mr. Murray holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) (1989) and lives in Clarksville, MD with his wife Lauren and two children Alexandra and Andrew.
